There are different views on what metaphysics means, I here will describe it as I see it;
♥ Finding/discovering the Context / essense of.
♥ The term metaphysics is derived from the Greek Ta Meta ta Physkia which means “the books after the books on nature.” When a librarian was cataloging Aristotle’s works, he did not have a title for the material he wanted to shelve after the material called “nature” (Physkia) — so he called it “after nature.”
♥ The innate characteristics of a thing What something will tend by its own constitution to be or do Distinct from
what might be expected or intended ,the nature of something, as it may appear, yet far beyond as visual appears, the essense of it. to degree of ; -it's physical appearance as no meaning-
Because my interests currently have be studying the Context/ or Nature of a Androgynous person,I will compare my self as being "me", compared to another type person, whom I see at first glance is at least trying to dress as a Female or impersonating a female.
I consider my self Female/male seeking/desire to be in sexual role 100% female in Context- psychologically I image myself as female when having sex with a man.- the human
Seeing this person as this, one could easily assume that this person is female- true?, so shall we call this person Sarah- the human
So in my view Scenarios are a tool / method, of finding and/or describing the context / essence of.;
"Metaphysics, or alternatively ontology, is that branch of philosophy whose special concern is to answer the question ‘What is there?’
The Socratic method, also known as maieutics, method of elenchus, elenctic method, or Socratic debate, is a form of cooperative argumentative dialogue between individuals, based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and to draw out ideas and underlying presumptions. It is a dialectical method, involving a discussion in which the defense of one point of view is questioned; one participant may lead another to contradict themselves in some way, thus weakening the defender's point. This method is named after the Classical Greek philosopher Socrates and is introduced by him in Plato's Theaetetus as midwifery (maieutics) because it is employed to bring out definitions implicit in the interlocutors' beliefs, or to help them further their understanding.
The Socratic method is a method of hypothesis elimination, in that better hypotheses are found by steadily identifying and eliminating those that lead to contradictions. The Socratic method searches for general, commonly held truths that shape beliefs and scrutinizes them to determine their consistency with other beliefs. The basic form is a series of questions formulated as tests of logic and fact intended to help a person or group discover their beliefs about some topic, exploring definitions or logoi (singular logos) and seeking to characterize general characteristics shared by various particular instances.
Socrates regularly used two metaphors to describe what he considered his life-work to be. One metaphor was that of the gadfly, the horsefly that stings the intellectually and morally sluggish citizens of Athens with his questioning. "For Athens is a great and noble steed that is tardy in its motions," and needs someone to sting it to life, he says.
The other metaphor he uses to describe his work is that of the midwife who helps others give birth to the wisdom that is in them. He says it thus, in The Theaetetus , 150 b-c
My art of midwifery is in general like theirs [real midwives]; the only difference is that my patients are men, not women, and my concern is not with the body but with the soul that is in travail of birth. And the highest point of my art is the power to prove by every test whether the offspring of a young man's thought is a false phantom or instinct with life and truth. I am so far like the midwife that I cannot myself give birth to wisdom, and the common reproach is true, that, though I question others, I can myself bring nothing to light because there is no wisdom in me. The reason is this. Heaven (Jowett: "the god") constrains me to serve as a midwife, but has debarred me from giving birth. So of myself I have no sort of wisdom, nor has any discovery ever been born to me as the child of my soul. Those who frequent my company at first appear, some of them, quite unintelligent, but, as we go further with our discussions, all who are favored by heaven make progress at a rate that seems surprising to others as well as to themselves, although it is clear that they have never learned anything from me. The many admirable truths they bring to birth have been discovered by themselves from within. But the delivery is heaven's work and mine.
-------------------------------A Scenario of the picture of myself and other (call; Sarah)---------------------------------------------------------------------
Say your a Human, either male or female, don't matter
You just bought some wooded acrage /40 acres , has small home on it,so you just have moved in,and myself and Sarah own 40 wooded acres right next to,ajoining yours and live in a small home on it .After a few days I see you out at mailbox, so I slow down and say "hi, introduce my self and welcome you to the neighborhood", you see me dressed as any normal male, thus are comfortable ,thus say "hi, tell me thanks, and say yeah I was lucky to find this place, love walking in the Woods".- to be cont.
Kant declared that the Prolegomena are for the use of both learners and teachers as an heuristic way to discover a science of metaphysics.
from -Part three of the main transcendental problem. How is metaphysics in general possible?
Reason continues to ask "why?" and will not be satisfied until a final thing in itself is experienced and understood. This, however, is a deceitful illusion. This transcendent and unbounded abuse of knowledge must be restrained by toilsome, laborious scientific instruction
We know only appearances, not things in themselves. Actual bodies are external appearances in space. My soul, self, or ego is an internal appearance in time. Bodies, as appearances of my outer sense, do not exist apart from my thoughts. I myself, as an appearance of my inner sense, do not exist apart from being my representation in time and cannot be known to be immortal. Space and time are forms of my sensibility and whatever exists in them is a real appearance that I experience. These appearances are connected in space and time according to universal laws of experience. Anything that cannot be experienced in space or time is nothing to us and does not exist for us.
'Pataphysics or pataphysics (French: pataphysique) is a difficult to define literary trope invented by French writer Alfred Jarry (1873–1907). One attempt at a definition might be to say that 'pataphysics is a branch of philosophy or science that examines imaginary phenomena that exist in a world beyond metaphysics; it is the science of imaginary solutions.
Another attempt at a definition interprets 'pataphysics as an idea that "the virtual or imaginary nature of things as glimpsed by the heightened vision of poetry or science or love can be seized and lived as real". Jarry defines 'pataphysics in a number of statements and examples, including that it is "the science of imaginary solutions, which symbolically attributes the properties of objects, described by their virtuality, to their lineaments". A practitioner of 'pataphysics is a pataphysician or a pataphysicist.
At the heart of it, pataphysicists consider that the universe is not finished and that the demiurge is still working at it. Therefore particular solutions are as valuable as the general solutions sought by Physics. The particular solutions of what could be inform you on what could maybe become.
'Pataphysics is patient; 'Pataphysics is benign; 'Pataphysics envies nothing, is never distracted, never puffed up, it has neither aspirations nor seeks not its own, it is even-tempered, and thinks not evil; it mocks not iniquity: it is enraptured with scientific truth; it supports everything, believes everything, has faith in everything and upholds everything that is. as cited in (A humorous allusion to First Corinthians 13 about the virtues of love.)
Natural religion was a spiritual confirmation of material life. Metaphysical religion represented the establishment of an ever-widening opposition between material life and spiritual life. The various degrees of this polarization were represented by various metaphysical beliefs, and were intensified and made all the more backward by an attachment natural rites and cults that were more or less successfully transformed into metaphysical rites, cults and myths. The absurdity of this cultural mythology's persistence at a time when scientific metaphysics have already triumphed was demonstrated clearly by Kierkegaard's choice of confirming Christianity: one must believe in absurdity. The next question was: why? And the obvious response was that secular political and social authorities need to maintain a spiritual justification for their power. This, of course, is a purely material, antimetaphysical argument from a time when the radical critique of all traditional mythologies was beginning.
To its credit, pataphysics has confirmed that there is no metaphysical justification for forcing everyone to believe in the same absurdity. The possibilities of art and the absurd are many. The logical conclusion to this principle could be an anarchist thesis: to each his own absurdity. The opposite is expressed by the legal power that forces every member of society to submit completely to the political absurdity of the State.- Pataphysics: A Religion in the Making
Kant - the thing-in-itself
"And we indeed, rightly considering objects of sense as mere appearances, confess thereby that they are based upon a thing in itself, though we know not this thing as it is in itself, but only know its appearances, viz., the way in which our senses are affected by this unknown something.
You can know the name of a bird in all the languages of the world, but when you're finished, you'll know absolutely nothing whatever about the bird... So let's look at the bird and see what it's doing -- that's what counts. I learned very early the difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something.- Richard Feynman
Like 'pataphysics itself, pataphors essentially describe two degrees of separation from reality (rather than merely one degree of separation, which is the world of metaphors and metaphysics). The pataphor may also be said to function as a critical tool, describing the world of "assumptions based on assumptions"—such as belief systems or rhetoric run amok. The following is an example.
Aspects of Metaphysical Empathy
I personally am a " highly sensitive person " (HSP), and naturally empathtic., which I believe is a prerequisite for seeing in a highly metaphysical way, plus desire, thus Attention, all these factors are needed
Viewing the World Metaphysical
from Article above ↑ "pbs"' ;
" Derived from the Greek meta ta physika ("after the things of nature"); referring to an idea, doctrine, or posited reality outside of human sense perception. In modern philosophical terminology, metaphysics refers to the studies of what cannot be reached through objective studies of material reality. Areas of metaphysical studies include ontology, cosmology, and often, epistemology.
Metaphysical - Longer definition: Metaphysics is a type of philosophy or study that uses broad concepts to help define reality and our understanding of it. Metaphysical studies generally seek to explain inherent or universal elements of reality which are not easily discovered or experienced in our everyday life. As such, it is concerned with explaining the features of reality that exist beyond the physical world and our immediate senses. Metaphysics, therefore, uses logic based on the meaning of human terms, rather than on a logic tied to human sense perception of the objective world. Metaphysics might include the study of the nature of the human mind, the definition and meaning of existence, or the nature of space, time, and/or causality.
The origin of philosophy, beginning with the Pre-Socratics, was metaphysical in nature. For example, the philosopher Plotinus held that the reason in the world and in the rational human mind is only a reflection of a more universal and perfect reality beyond our limited human reason. He termed this ordering power in the universe "God."
Metaphysical ideas, because they are not based on direct experience with material reality, are often in conflict with the modern sciences. Beginning with the Enlightenment and the Scientific Revolution, experiments with, and observations of, the world became the yardsticks for measuring truth and reality. Therefore, our contemporary valuation of scientific knowledge over other forms of knowledge helps explain the controversy and skepticism concerning metaphysical claims, which are considered unverifiable by modern science.
In matters of religion, the problem of validating metaphysical claims is most readily seen in all of the "proofs" for the existence of God. Like trying to prove the existence of a "soul" or "spirit" in the human, attempts to scientifically prove the existence of God and other nonobjective, nonhuman realities is seemingly impossible. The difficulty arises out of the attempt to scientifically study and objectify something which, by its very nature, cannot become an object of our scientific studies. This reigning belief that everything can be explained scientifically in terms of natural causes - referred to as naturalism - compels many to think that only what is seen or sensed, only what can be hypothesized and tested can be true, and therefore, meaningful to us as humans.
Recently, however, even as metaphysics has come under attack for its apparent lack of access to real knowledge, so has science begun to have its own difficulties in claiming absolute knowledge. Continual developments in our understanding of the human thought process reveals that science cannot solely be relied upon to explain reality, for the human mind cannot be seen as simply a mirror of the natural world. For example, since the act of scientific observation itself tends to produce the reality it hopes to explain, the so-called "truths" of science cannot be considered as final or objective. This fact manifests itself over and over again, as scientific truths and laws continue to break down or yield to new and better explanations of reality. What becomes apparent, therefore, is that the process of human interpretation in the sciences, as elsewhere, is both variable and relative to the observer's viewpoint.
Under the skeptical analyses of the philosophical movements known as postmodernism and deconstructionism, all of these facts have resulted in a modern repudiation of both metaphysics and science. Their criticisms are based on the cultural and historical relativity of all knowledge. These two philosophical "schools" deny any existence at all of an objective or universal knowledge. Thus, metaphysical claims stand today between the absolutist claims of science (scientism) and the complete relativism of postmodernism and deconstructionism.
I think posing for myself has always been a way of trying to show how " Pre-Concieved " so many people are, and try to make them, Understand that they are, for example the general population can not Draw very well at all, have very little interest in because they can not. Yet even more many may see the image of myself above and instantly their mind's go to maybe " undecent ", "sexual",
"yet nothing is further from the Truth, in that I am not trying to convey anything of the sort "
Yet for the person whom has taken the " undecent " route of thinking, has metaphysically missed,
the reality of the scene before them, thus " lost " the ability to even to try to draw!,
They have lost the ability to see Reality as Reality truly is at the very presence!
For my intent or purpose , for those whom my view me as above ,whether in real life, or by film,
Is to express a image of myself in how I feel as a " Transgender type, female roled person ",
as a human being simple nude, in best fashion as I can.
For those whom may wish to Learn and study and Draw.
Having the Ability to Draw, reflects having the ability to control one's mind, and over come pre-concieved notions.
Also in the image above you self me, and many others " Trees ", races of trees many races , oak, cherry, maple, aspen, cedar etc. just as humans have many races, difference, these Trees are " Living in Harmony "
Something Humans have never achieved, and never will unless we learn to control our thoughts ,or at least beware of them!,
or least to any high degree
Intentions as Metaphysical truths
“The trouble is, when you gift a girl with flowers your choice can be construed so many different ways. A man might give you a rose because he feels you are beautiful, or because he fancies their shade or shape or softness similar to your lips. Roses are expensive, and perhaps he wishes to show through a valuable gift that you are valuable to him.
When a man gives you a rose what you see may not be what he intends. You may think he sees you as delicate or frail. Perhaps you dislike a suitor who considers you sweet and nothing else. Perhaps the stem is thorn, and you assume he thinks you likely to hurt a hand too quick to touch. But if he trims the thorns you might think he has no liking for a thing that can defend itself with sharpness. There's so many ways a thing can be interpreted.” - Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind
“Logic in all its infinite potential, is the most dangerous of vices. For one can always find some form of logic to justify his action, and rest comfortably in the assurance, that what he did abides by reason. That is why, for us brittle beings, Intention is the only true weapon of peace.”
― Ilyas Kassam
“There are two missions we are obligated to carry out during our life journey. The first, is to seek Truth throughout our lifetime. The second, is simply to be good. Engrave it in your mind that life is just one big board game where you have to make it from start to finish by being good. That is all you have to do. The hardest part, is dealing with all the obstacles that prevent smooth sailing. The trick is, to always strive to be the right person in all situations – regardless of personal cost to you. Your aim is to make sure the right book on your shoulder weighs more that the bad book on the left. The scales are real. Regardless of your chosen faith, there is a measurement system to be found in all of the world's religions. After all, does it make sense for all souls, good or bad, to end up in the same place? Of course not. To really secure the very best setting in the afterlife, the vibrations of your good deeds must surpass your death.”
― Suzy Kassem, Rise Up and Salute the Sun: The Writings of Suzy Kassem
“Awareness was created by the intervention of the Creators. Awareness inspires intention and intention creates drive, by Gardener.”

Metaphysics is the foundation of philosophy
Without an explanation or an interpretation of the world around us, we would be helpless to deal with reality. We could not feed ourselves, or act to preserve our lives. The degree to which our metaphysical worldview is correct is the degree to which we are able to comprehend the world, and act accordingly. Without this firm foundation, all knowledge becomes suspect. Any flaw in our view of reality will make it more difficult to live.
Reality is absolute. It has a specific nature independent of our thoughts or feelings. The world around us is real. It has a specific nature and it must be consistent to that nature. A proper metaphysical worldview must aim to understand reality correctly.
The physical world exists, and every entity has a specific nature. It acts according to that nature. When different entities interact, they do so according to the nature of both. Every action has a cause and an effect. Causality is the means by which change occurs, but the change occurs via a specific nature.

Only with the acquisition of the skills that this tripartite form of education provides would one become fit to govern, according to Plato, since with such an education one is able to transcend the shadows of uncertainty, go beyond the cave of ignorance and into the light where one would be able to determine what is for the common good (Republic 514a-520a).
My idea on this is All ; congress persons, governors, all publicly elected persons,
And just as Doctors, pilots, teachers etc, they are required to have continued ,
And the general population of people must be able to obtain easily the bio's,
imformation on these people whom wish to be elected to Lead,
thus have a " educated public "
To create anything New, first one must have the " Idea of "
Can somebody explain Plato's theory of forms in layman's terms?
"Plato believed there were two realities. The first is the world in which we live. The second is a non-physical realm in which the forms exist. Everything in our world is a copy or attempt to represent a form. The forms are archetypes and characteristics: blackness, roundness, softness, goodness, hardness, greenness, triangle-ness, chair-ness etc.
So, for example, the perfect form of a sphere is in this other reality. In our world we have but copies that don't quite hit perfection - a ball or a planet.
Plato used an example of people in a cave, watching shadows that are being cast by a puppet show that they can't see. The people look at the shadows and interpret them to be the objects the puppeteer is manipulating. So, in our world, we look at an orange and see a sphere. But the true sphere only exists in the other realm.
Our realm is subjective. The other realm is objective."
When does one learn of " Manness " and what makes a Man a Man ?
One thing that is certain, in the picture above there are many Trees, which one is the ideal tree?,
each one then must be perfect into itself ?
Though I can't speak for the average man, I am very attracted to her, yet not sexually, I am attracted to her beauty of form
I do know if what the " Form " for society would be " her and I both could walk down a beach, and not be bothered, threatened by other human beings, thus " Forms " are a image / idea , which to strive for, yet also shows how far we have to go, for this to be possible !, and currently are we headed in the right direction ?
And if One's mind is so full of Pre-Concieved Notions of " What is,What something should be ", one can never know the truth
